Some of the staff is really helpful. I had an online order, received an email saying that it was ready, so I went there on that day to pick it up and they hadn't fulfilled my order. After about an hour, with a super helpful staff member (not the original customer services rep that was helping me find my order, but then left to go back to his post without saying anything to me, leaving me standing there clueless), he realized that they didn't have the product there. I went back to the customer service and they said the would contact me when they actually fulfill it. I didn't receive any contact from them. I called again two days later and the woman told me that she would fulfill the order now so that I can come get it and she'll let me know when it is done. I didn't hear back from her. 😣. I'm calling again today, as today is the last day of pickup and I've been on hold for such a long time. No one has even answered the phone and said we are busy, please hold, nothing. I understand they are busy, but at 2pm, I can't imagine it being as busy as prime time would be..... It's just been on hold this entire time. That's pretty disappointing. See picture.... šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø. I will stop by there today and see if they have my order now.... It's been 7 days so we shall see....

I love this home Depot, and it wasn't until I shopped the other new York-& nearby tri-state locations on numerous occasions did i notice the differences and its wonder. For its size and it being in a city location this Home Depot has it all , including rural equipment and items and city zoned items and devices. Its also the quantity and placement of the items. They are actually out in the open on the shelves or in stick. Other home depots have them cages up or ohr of stock or just don't carry. They are terrified in placing products on the floor because they worry about theft rightly so but how are you going to advertise them or even let customers know you still have them. This location has everything plus more and the staff is above and beyond. They apologize for mistakes and are always willing to work things out. I got one oic just for the underground parking lot which is so key in winter and those cold rainy season. It helps with parking congestion and clarity of the air so you can see farther along. Abyway i will post more pics on the next update. I will be visiting more often since my latest ephiny on this location. Lol. Besides. Its YO love

What a dump. Definitely decayed to rock bottom over the years. In complete disarray. Went to pick up an item ordered online at the pickup desk. Person mumbles 'outside'. I go outside stepping over garbage and mangled outdoor items. It's a big outside, wait a few minutes. I come back in - looking around. What a mess the entire place is. I ask another person at the pickup desk about where to pick things up. 5 mins later (20 mins all in) - the box appears on a cart - completely mangled. Rather than buy more items on my list - I just took it and left - didn't want to spend another minute in the place. Lowes is 100x more organized and clean just up the road. Maybe it's because I only speak English.

The Yonkers store I would not recommend anybody go inside and order any tools that need to be shipped to the store for the simple reason that I had ordered a $4200 Milwaukee M 18 pro press tool and had it shipped to the store, and somehow, miraculously it disappeared… As manager, Mr. Colin told me after I argued and spoke to everybody possible in the store that deals with special order items. They all told me the same thing with a stupid grin on their face that somehow my order just disappeared from the store after. It was recorded on the computer as checked in off the truck. So basically what I’m getting at is my tool that I paid for in advance, made it to the store, and somehow internally got stolen by an employee from the store.. So all I basically got after a four day search was from Mr. Collin, the manager, and numerous other managers again from different departments, such as the voting dock, and unloading of trucks area that they cannot find my order item and all that can happen is I get refunded with no explanation but an internal investigation will be done, so I recommend nobody goes to Yonkers store and even thinks about or considers, ordering any special order item and have it shipped to the store and expect it to be there without some kind of problem happening with employees stealing tools, so don’t waste your time go on the Internet and find it somewhere else as you will not be happy with the service and the explanation that you get from the people at Home Depot including manager Colin …. Again, all I was told is there will be an internal investigation and here is your money refunded have a good night… thank you very much Home Depot the store that I shop in six days at least a week for material for my business and this is the explanation I get from somebody that obviously has the wrong title as manager and should be demoted to shopping cart boy because he has no care on what is stolen from the store from his own employees and doesn’t care about the customers that are paying his salary so please to whom it may concern can somebody give me an explanation and an answer if there will be an internal investigation into why so much stuff disappears from that store without an answer. Does anybody from Home Depot care about product shrinkage as you call it , also known as stolen Merchandise by the same employees that run your store… If anybody has an answer, please reply back to me on what happened to my order and what is going to be done about your employees stealing everything they can… It’s not the public you have to worry about it’s your internal people that are costing you, millions and millions and...

(Minus) -5 stars! Everyone run to the opposite direction when they see a customer approaching them for help! Lack of employees in the store create much loss to the company. Not sure how their CEO’s think! In top of laying off many employees. The current employees does not want to work! They all chitchatting in groups and NO one is asking the customers if they need any help! One lady employee said: ā€œI am about to clock outā€ and the fact she was standing there for the next 15 minutes was interesting!! She just wanted us the customer to hear so she probably can avoid a question! The other male employee at the customer service also was chitchatting and ignored that we and other customers were there waiting for someone to look at them/us or ask them if they need help! Without making sure what I want the male employee at customer service said: you should go to regular checkout! I told him; They told me to come here because I need some lumber delivered! He was like :oh .. we tried multiple cards and most all of them were declined because the guy put the shipping address as our billing address! And I told him many times that the delivery address is a commercial place and it’s a store!! Order was finally accepted after one of our cards was approved! Suppose to have delivery next day! The next day they cancelled the order! I called customer service to ask why it was cancelled! They didn’t know why! And the lady said we can reorder again! I said okay. No problem! She put me on hold for 7 minutes and then immediately I was transferred to the survey before I talk to the rep I was waiting for! Then the call finished when I completed the survey of course with NEGATIVE feedback! I must be honest and give credit to 1 male employee who spends like an hour with us to check inventory and answer our questions! He had a British or a similar accent! Sorry can’t this name but was super nice and helped us in a section of the store that was not even his! We asked for someone to help us at the hardware section! They call for help over the microphone.. no one showed up. And the other employees answer were similar; if he/she must be in their lunch break! I had no answers for many questions and instead I was just using google for help! And to know about the Home Depot products! 2 hours wasted of our time! Won’t shop at any home ...

I redid my several rooms in my house.. a renovation project that lasted four months. During this time, I visited the Home Depot in Yonkers on a daily basis.. in fact, some days even twice. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful. In the end, my projects were possible because of the help of specific people at the store who went out of their way to make sure that my husband and I had everything we needed.

Catherine (at the Pro Desk): Each time I was there, she made sure to assist us with the check out process, while also making sure we received the best prices on materials purchased in bulk. Her pleasant demeanor always made for a stress-free experience. Thank you.

Chris (from Lumber): Always willing to go out of his way to cut the lumber material we needed and help me load on to the cart. This was extremely helpful as the material was often too heavy and large for me to cut. I never had to ask for his help. He extended it on his own. Thank you.

Tony (from Doors): Helpful in answering questions about interior doors and looking up product availability. Help me load several doors without me asking (I purchased about 30 doors for my project), went as far as helping me load into my vehicle.

Shameka (Manager): I might have her name incorrect for which I apologize. I am referring to the manager who was with child during the months of Aug. and Sept.. When an huge order I placed was not ready at the time I needed, you can imagine how frustrated I was. This impacted the timeline of my project and my workers. This manager understood this and went out of her way to make sure that this issue was rectified. She contacted me several times during her off hours just to ensure that I was taken care of. This was not something she was obligated to do but she communicated how much she valued the customers of her store. I highly appreciate her personal touch and dedication. Thank you very much.

There are others who assisted me several times but unfortunately, their names have escaped me... (Hazzam? from the Pro Desk, Daphne? in Paint).

I will continue to shop at this Home Depot...
