We have been coming here since it was Rocking jump and now it is Skyzone. Having had been here before and never encountered any problems with other guests had made us feel it was worth accepting the membership today which was offered by your front desk rep(who was very kind and helpful). As parents we are very attentive and watched the girls ESPECIALLY WITH the facility being crowded, upon watching our girls we saw the bigger girls skipping them and telling them to shut up when one of our girls said “hey we are taking turns”. Unfortunately, my daughter who is 6 years old as well as her friends had experienced bullying by other bigger kids who did not stop following -non stop - using profanity and calling them names. Not only did they keep pointing and using profanity but also kept running to them and looking at us to see if we are looking at them. They kept telling their bigger siblings and friends to mess with them. For the last 25 min of their time our little girls had to deal with this. I notified one of the workers from the beginning and explained the situation. It was hard for them to keep an eye on this situation when there are way too many kids in the facility and then there is barely workers on the floor which is unfair to the workers alone.
This was a planned play date for our girls and we hoped they would have a pleasant experience as should any other child present. It’s unfortunate that with this experience alone we all felt overwhelmed as the place itself is already filled with a lot of guests. Parents need to watch their kids at all times no MATTER what age. I understand some parents do need a break to sit and relax while their kids enjoy their time. However, this is not fair since we too are paying so that our kids can enjoy the facility as well. One suggestion which I would hope can be taken and implemented is to have more workers and if anything please remind parents through the speaker to WATCH THEIR CHILDREN. Some would say “leave if this is happening” but imagine planning a day for the kids to play together with our schedules being all over the place, and then having to...
Read moreWe just had a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone and it was, well, mid. There are so many problems with this place.
The only positive was that our party host was great.
It was packed upstairs at the counter. There was no signage directing party guests to go directly downstairs to check in.
There is no cell signal at all. You can’t text your guests to coordinate with them.
There was no AC. It was hot. Really hot. The kids were dripping sweat. Fine, they were jumping around. But the adults just standing around were completely drenched.
There is no structure to the party. We had parties there when it was Rock N Jump and they had multiple hosts per party who would guide the kids through the different areas, reserving play space for the parties, and keeping the kids engaged in different activities in the various areas. Sky Zone basically just gives them an unstructured hour with everyone else in the place that day. Why bother to book a party for that? You can just invite your kids friends and spend way less money - you guide any and all structured play yourself anyway.
There was no soap in any of the three dispensers in the women’s room. I told an employee and he told me they ran out. WTF? I mentioned it to our host and she took care of it. No wonder the hosts can’t lead/direct the party guests. Ours was on her own filling up soap dispensers, getting the food together, etc. There were tons of employees there doing I have no idea what while she was trying her best to get the party room set up.
The food is trash but I always assume the food at these places is “pool food” so whatever on that. No one goes to a kid’s birthday party for the food, right?
During our hour in the party room, I guess they ran out of drink pitchers. An employee came in and asked for one ours back. We paid for 4 so we could have different kinds of drinks available for the kids. Just, what?
The kids had a good time I guess but this was in no way, shape, or form...
Read moreI had at $500 birthday party there at 3:30pm on Sunday 5/25/25 for one of my kids at “Sky Zone Trampoline Park” Most of the staff was great, Our party coordinator Jennifer was very nice and her co-worker before she got there (forgot her name) was very helpful as well, all their online advertising says that a birthday cake is included in both of the top 2 packages, when in reality it is not. So for $600 or for $500, the 2 top packages, all you really get is 2 pizzas and soda and 1 t-shirt, even though on their website it clearly says you also get a cake!!! Now these prices are completely ridiculous with or without a cake, but that company needs to make it completely clear on their website that THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY CAKE WITH ANY $600 or $500 PACKAGES!!!! The $600 & $500 birthday package should include a cake with your child’s name on it and the appropriate amount of birthday candles, but if they don’t provide it, the website should CLEARLY indicate that they just will bring out the cake that you provide which the website does not say at all. Now, in all fairness, when I showed the manager what it said on the website he went to the local “Wholefoods” supermarket and bought a birthday cake using his own money and brought it back to the party, that was extremely kind, most managers wouldn’t do all that, so he deserves a raise and a promotion extremely quickly!!! But that website must be changed immediately to preferably say the a cake is included with the birthday kids name on it with candles or that no cake is provided at all, either way it should be made clear, also for $600 or $500 all the pizza & soda should be...
