Disappointing Experience at Cantina – July 26 Visit
I visited the Cantina location on Saturday, July 26, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming—none of the staff greeted us upon arrival, and many appeared visibly unhappy to be there.
Our specific server, a woman of Hispanic descent with black and pink (or possibly black and red) hair, approached our table with an unfriendly demeanor. From the moment she took our order, her energy felt negative and impatient. At one point, when a family member politely asked about a missing item from their order, her response was, “If you don’t see it on the table, then obviously it’s not done yet.” This kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
After we finished our meal, she cleared the table, but instead of bringing us the check promptly, we waited nearly 25 minutes. I eventually went to the restroom and found her inside, texting on her phone. It was only after that encounter that she returned to give us the bill.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed during our visit has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning to this location and will never support this specific place again would not recommend it based on...

We ordered three entrées. Only one arrived. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked our waitress about the rest. The excuse? They didn’t have enough clean dishes and needed “about three more minutes.” Seriously?
At that point, I asked for the check and to speak to a manager — I’d had enough. Three more minutes passed, still no food. Then, only when the manager went back to the kitchen did the remaining dishes finally appear. And here’s the kicker: the one entrée that had come out earlier? Wasn’t even for our table.
So we waited over an hour, got someone else’s food, received no real communication, and were offered the weakest excuse imaginable. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless — no sense of urgency, no accountability, just one misstep after another.
I won’t be back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or a basic...

The staff seemed completely disorganized. Orders were confused, and there was clearly no system in place for managing tables. At one point, our server actually went to the table next to us, took their menu off their table, and handed it to us — which was incredibly awkward and unprofessional. It was clear they were overwhelmed or simply not trained properly.
It felt like no one really knew what they were doing, and instead of a relaxing meal, we spent most of our time watching the staff scramble around and trying to get basic things right.
