Smoketime Sams — Local services in Clarksburg

The employees at smoke time sams on Milford st are ridiculously rude and the most unprofessional employees I've ever encountered in my life! There is one middle aged man that works day shift that isn't rude or disrespectful as the rest only because he just doesn't talk he just mumbles and keeps his head down. The rest of the staff really shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers..Everytime I've stopped there in the evening the employees are hangng out on the front porch smoking put and playing music loud like they were at a frat party not at work but the worst part is how disrespectfully they talk to the customers and how they act like it's such an inconvenience to have to put their party on hold to go inside and...

This place has the worst employees. Kathy is by far the rudest being on earth. She came out of the store and attacked me for taking a picture of her and her friend sitting at the table inside.. where they've been for hours.. As you can see in the pic she is not wearing a mask but forced me to leave the store and even came outside to attack me all for not wearing a mask due to health problems. As I'm writing this there are people going in and out without masks as well but note: they are all men. She's a crusty old lady so go figure?!? Something definitely up with this store and they'll never see another...

I purchased an item at the Clarksburg Wv store last evening. The cashier didn't give me a receipt or ask me if I wanted one. When I got home the item didn't work. I tried for over 2 hours to get someone to answer the phone to discuss the problem. I was told to call the manager this morning. After several hours of nobody answering the phone I explained the situation. And told the woman I just wanted to exchange it for one that worked. She informed me that wasn't allowed. I will never shop there again. Very poor business relations. Now I'm stuck with a 10.00 item...
