China One — Restaurant in Clarksburg

Food is always good but I can’t say that I will be placing another delivery order. The women delivery driver with the long black hair who seems to be the main driver these days…. Which hopefully will be changed after seeing the multiple reviews about her terrible personality and very aggressive behavior. Screaming and talking very unprofessional. Not the first time, but I too work with the public and know you can have bad days. There is no excuse for the way she talks to customers and once she runs into the wrong person she will soon find that out. Long story short I didn’t answer the door quick enough so she called me screaming on the phone talking about banging on the door like the police for 10 minutes. Personally I would recommend calling the phone number given with the delivery order before banging on the door for “10 minutes like the police”….. instead I was greeting by the first phone call with some agitating grating voice of a middle aged women yelling at me for no good reason. I then was still calm and told her that this was the first call I had received and that I didn’t hear anyone at the door and that I was walking down now. To still be talked to like some piece of old bubble gum on the ground. Please for the love of god teach that women some better customer service skills and to possible lower her tone of voice. I have always had a great interaction with whoever takes my order and they are always polite as am I. Tonight was very shocking to deal with and I hope that she finds a job that suits her more cause I don’t think...

We are regulars, my family and I, have been loyal delivery/take out customers since 2016. 8 years. With only a handful of minor issues. The food is always fresh and delicious, and normally we get hooked up, because we are regulars. However, tonight included, the handful of times where we have had issues, and complained, we are meet with so much hostility, and rudeness. We are treated like it's our faults or food is over cooked, or not made the way we ordered. Tonight, I ordered, for the first time from this establishment, the Mongolian Beef for 12.99. This is what I got (refer to picture) and I'm disinclined to call them back because I know I will be greeted with anger, and defiance, and at the end of it all, will be denied them picking the order back up and refunding it. I am surprised by the number of 5 star reviews and also that we did not end up with food poisoning. The food is hott so that is a contributing factor. The food is OK, not amazing. The egg rolls had an off flavor, almost like radish or something was just not right and unlike any eggroll I have ever had before. The general's chicken was delicious with lots of flavor and was the highlight of our order. The restaurant is disgustingly dirty. The entire place needs a scrub from top to bottom, and from what i see in the reviews, most people either get delivery or use the drive thru.
