My husband wanted to buy a small tractor. After doing some research he decided on a kabota, so we headed to Coleman tractor to see what our options were. When we first walked in we were greeted by Stephanie. She was friendly, honest, helpful and really fun to talk with. We later found out she was the owner. She passed us to our salesman, Chad. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions my husband had and explained all the accessories and helped us pick out which ones would be most useful to us. Once we had that all figured out he brought us inside to another Chad, this one was the finance guy. He went over the pricing with us and what our payments would be. He told us he’d get everything rolling and get ahold of us to figure out a delivery date once everything was set. Brittany ended up calling us the next week to go over the contract and get our delivery scheduled. One week after looking at tractors ours was delivered! Jason brought it to us and he was so awesome! He went over everything with my husband; showed him how everything works, how to remove the bucket, how to attach the forks, etc. By the time he left, my husband felt confident and comfortable using the tractor. During the lessons we had great conversations with him too. Every single person we interacted with from Coleman was so wonderful! Nice to talk to, positive, fun people. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and the company they work for. This seems like a place that takes care of their people, whether you’re an employee or customer. There was a bit of confusion on our side because we thought we had purchased a few other attachments that didn’t make their way to us but they weren’t on the contract so we somehow missed that, but we don’t mind at all. I just recently moved here and was pleased that there was an authorized Kubota dealer near by. Sadly this is the worst repair facility i have delt with. I had my annual maintenance done as will as new blade and a pulley replaced spent just about $1K. Their maintenance service was is include oil change and filter, clean air filter, lube all points, etc. I got my Mower back late because of a snow storm no fault there it happens, completely understandable. what was not understandable is the mower service included a deck leveling and my mower came back with 2 of the four deck bolts missing (hard to level the deck with half the bolts missing) they were there when they received the mower. Sent Josh a text, he replied sorry we'll get the bolts ordered and have someone come out to correct it. almost 2 month later No call no bolts. So I had to get bolts that would work and reinstall and level them myself not a big deal but I'm getting a little order and isn't as easy, That's the whole reason and sent my mower in to begin with. I just went to mow for the first time the season and decided to double check every. i found my air filter completely full of dirt from last year, and my oil was 1 Qt low. It only take 2 Qts. I have zero faith in the place to do the repairs they are hired for. and now i am having a safety sensor issue i have never had before, about every forth time it just does not want to start and is dead on the key except for a small click. We went n looking to see if they had a T series Kubota tractor and if they did trade ins on ours. Jonathan went through inventory there and surrounding stores and found one just received new 3 days prior. Plus the did trade in. Jonathan helped us to set up delivering the new tractor and picking up our older one. Everything went very smoothly. Seriously if you are ever in the need to get the best tractor at the best deal go see Jonathan he goes above and beyond to help out.
