My Mom and I went to the Old Glory Restaurant for a late lunch and they did not disappoint! Miss Brandi was our waitress and she was super nice, very informative about their menu and dishes, and provided us with excellent service! I went for the Bacon Burger and it wasn’t the typical hamburger. They make smash burgers and although I am not a fan of smash burgers because you smash all of the juice out of the meat, this one was so creamy good by the cheese and bbq mayo they put on the burger! The bun was toasted just enough with butter garlic on it and that put the burger over the top! I also tried a few of our local beers and settled on the Strawberry Alley Ale which is a very blonde beer with good body! Oh and the atmosphere was fantastic! You could see their distillery from the table and their bar was center stage with all of their many whiskeys they make shining brightly like a star!!!! Hands down Old Glory Distilling Co restaurant is outstanding, 👍 👍 and I’d give them 100 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could! This is a great place for any meal with all family members, young and old!! Happy eating😊

This review comes from our second visit to the restaurant. Our first visit was amazing and lived up to the hype and expectations. Our experience last night was also great as we finally sat outside and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. Our server Shayla was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed her personality and conversation!!! My wife and I decided to try venture away from our usual dining out entree, steak of some sort. How does the old saying go, stick with what you know… needless to say our choices were less than desirable. Our first meal choice at this establishment was absolutely amazing and had high hopes that our choices last night would have been the same. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Quesadilla and fries, the salsa that comes with it is an absolute disappointment. The only thing good about the quesadilla is as the bourbon BBQ sauce. My wife ordered the TN Vodka Pasta, the chicken is shredded almost as if it was from a can and lacked seasoning. Our appetizer was amazing as was the dessert. Prime Rib Egg-rolls and Carrot Cake for the win.

Don't shy away because it's a distillery, the restaurant and available outside activities will definitely be enjoyed by all. This was my first visit, and it was a company event, so the food items were pre-selected and set up buffet style. No prime rib on the buffet, so I didn't get to try it. 😕 Sliced brisket - fall apart tender, but being from Texas I felt it needed more smoke time. Perfect cook though. Cowboy beans - nicely seasoned with all the extras. Mac & Cheese - everyone does it a little different. The pasta was more of a pene style, but the cheese sauce was pretty good. Collard greens - I personally make a mean pot of greens (mostly bacon to tell the truth) and the greens here were good, but had a little sweetness to them that I couldn't figure out. Different but very good. There were also some appetizers to start, and if you like brisket, and you like egg rolls, you are in luck. The brisket egg rolls were probably my favorite. Just get 'em. Will definitely be coming back with the wife.

I have often eaten here, and it has become one of my favorite restaurants. The service is always wonderful, and the food is delicious. Brunch, lunch or dinner AMAZING. Today i took my mom for the first time with my grandma, and our service might’ve been the worst i’ve ever had in my life. It started with forgetting an appetizer, which is okay everyone makes mistakes. Then continued with never getting a refill on our drinks until we were done with our food and needed boxes and even then we still had to ask to get a refill. We continued to be nice and say please and thank you which she never responded with your welcome or anything. I got the pancake breakfast and it said it came with house fries and I asked specifically what kind of fries it came with, i was brought potatoes chunks instead of fries and when i raised concerned it was the wrong side i was told thats what it came with even though i Specified what the side was while ordering. I never got the syrup that was supposed to come with my breakfast either. When asked for the syrup bc i was bringing left overs to my husband she rolled her eyes at me for asking. Honestly everytime she came to our table it ruined our lunch with her Disrespectful attitude. Everyone has bad days and a couple slip ups is understandable, but you have chosen to work in customer service and that comes with certain responsibility. We had asked to speak to a manager and as I have spoken to the manager before, I’m convinced that she just never got a manager, so I’m writing this review in hopes that it reaches to them. Megan(our server) ruined our entire experience. I will be back because every other time I have loved the service and loved the food but i will request a new server if ever sat in her...

Unfortunately, this restaurant appears to have little experience in running a kitchen correctly and customer service is severely lacking. Our first experience was a few months after they opened and our party of 8, including 4 kids, waited over 2 hours for food. About 45 minutes had passed before being told they were out of pancakes (so they clearly use a box mix and don't have flour on-hand), among several other items. No management came to our table even though we watched our server tell the manager what was going on. Our second experience was redeeming with prompt service and food arrival. The food was decent and with so few brunch places in the area, we decided to return yesterday for brunch again. Our party of 3 ordered a kids hamburger with fruit and 2 orders of bacon and eggs and were told that we probably couldn't get the bacon extra crispy because it's premade. We waited over an hour from time of ordering food to only have the order wrong when it arrived. Again, no management came to the table to apologize. We sat at the tables that look into the kitchen. They PRE-MAKE pretty much all of the food to include their bacon, home fries AND regular fries and put in large plastic tubs under a warmer, which is disgusting. Their pancakes are paper thin. I wonder what they actually make at time of ordering food and why it takes so long to receive it. It's not surprising the food is lukewarm when it arrives despite being plated and taken to tables immediately. As someone who grew up in the restaurant industry, I can tell you that this is not how you should run a restaurant. There is potential because the atmosphere and menu are great, but they are a bitter...
