Went in to buy locking lug nuts. Was pleased to be offered help right away. When I told him what I was looking for, he asked “What vehicle?”, and I answered “Home made utility trailer. I brought one of the regular nuts.” His response was “We may be here all day looking,” which was a pretty effective way of making a customer wish he’d chosen the other nearby parts store. It’s also a great way for an employee to share how little he values his job. It’s also absurd, because there’s only a handful of possible sizes and there was a thread-checking tool right at the display. Thankfully (for me, at least), we found what I needed in about 60 seconds. 3 stars for actually having the product, decent price and fast checkout. It would have been an easy 5 stars, if, instead of lamenting how much work it would be to find what I needed, he chose something simple like “Let’s see what we have.” It takes so little effort to be polite and professional, costs nothing, and everyone has a better experience as a result. I had an AWESOME experience today! My battery needed to be replaced. Curtis was extremely helpful to make sure install was done right and also replacing additional needed parts under the hood. What should have taken him less than five minutes took approximately an hour. I didn't anticipate the issue with the post on my old battery being almost broken off. Curtis took his time and worked so hard and got my old battery out. He remained patient and professional the ENTIRE and got my new battery installed. The epitome of excellent customer service!!!

Ok if what you want comes on a piece of cardboard!!!!! Keep reading.theres more.... Visited again 4/1&/19 and I needed a door pin for a 97 Chev truck. My driver's door had just swang open while turning. I didn't think they would have it but they did!! And the gentleman was kind enough to come out and help me lift the door up and get it closed it was very heavy and I couldn't get it by myself no way. I don't think he'd worked that hard all week. So thanks to the guy very understanding and helpful. And yes that pin did come on a cardboard. MyDaMnWoRd...
