Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clay

The service is utterly disgusting. I WILL NOT be going back, even though it is closest to my home. I ordered and parked on the side waiting along with 5 other cars. Another car parked on the side after me. After about 20 minutes one of the workers came to me and asked did I order the pizza she had. I told her no, I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. She walked away and gave the pizza to the car that came after me. At this time all the cars are gone and I was only car parked. Another pulls up to the window, pays, and receives a pizza. The whole time I'm watching 3 of the workers looking out of the drive thru window at my car (the only car). Not once did they come out to ask what was wrong, if I'd not received my order. So, I pull into the front and go in. I asked did they forget my order. The girl that took my order askes me what I'd ordered and they all walk to the back and stay back there. Not once did they apologize. Say that they were working on it. It was coming. Nothing. After waiting in the lobby for someone to come back I walk back to the car for my receipt so I can ask for my money back. When I come back she gives me the pizzas and walks away. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I've watched people lose it and cuss the workers out in the drive thru for the disrespect. It took everything in me not be the person to cause a seen. The disregard was more than upsetting. Customer service here is absolutely the worst. From the lack of greeting to the disregard. I can understand if the order was forgotten or lost, but to not check on the only car still waiting and not at the least apologize I can't understand. To say nothing and walk away. Not just one crew, but different employees each time. Once or twice is one thing, maybe just not good time. But multiple times... never again will I spend my little bit dollars here. It's like the culture...

That pizza pizza is a hot lie! I was in the drive thru with 2 cars behind me. The guy said it’ll be 5 minutes. I said okay. I pulled over to wait. 20 minutes later they have passed four cars their orders that was behind me??? I’m still waiting. And very pissed off at this point. Then 25 more minutes they have passed 4 more orders their orders and they pulled up after me??? I decided to get back in the line and ask for a refund. I no longer want the pizza. Mind you this is another wait. My grand daughter fell asleep waiting. So next time we will go across the street to domino’s. I’m able to text this comment because I’m still waiting in the line to get a refund. Also while waiting I called to complain. A man responded and said we will give you a discount for all of your trouble. Then he hung up. I called back and got a female. She put me on hold. And I’m still holding 15 minutes later just to get my money back. The guy they are sending to bring the orders out is so embarrassed he is going out a side door now taking orders out. All except mines. I’m at the window now. I can’t be ignored. And I’m not leaving without my refund. So they will have to take care of me before getting to those cars behind me. So the guy says he didn’t know and giving me another pizza. We had to wait a whole hour. I am disappointed. And the kids love it. The service was horrible. The guy at the window really seem to be sorry that it happened. He apologized and that meant a lot. But it doesn’t change the fact that I...

IT'S AWFUL TO BE THE NEW LOCATION.

There was blonde hair in/on our pizza so it was hard to see while driving & eating as I did. My daughter waited until we got home (5 mins away). She got into the kitchen light, takes a bite & a 5-7 inch STRING of hair, NOT CHEESE, comes out with some still inside before it broke off.

I had eaten a few already WHILE DRIVING (vomit). Tried calling, no answer so we went back & was met with attitude & rudeness! They didn't ask how can they rectify.. no apology or nothing! She just took the pizza saying, "none of us have blonde hair", & threw it away leaving us standing there thinking she would expedite a pizza OR SOME!! Wasn't until we asked for our money back that the interaction continued. (It might've been grey BUT it was hair, Lady!!) "HOT DAMN THAT'S WHAT I SHOULD'VE SAID AFTER HER COMMENT & LACK OF RESPONSIBLY!! GREY"!!

So here is my (NEGATIVE STAR / ZERO STAR) review.

Also, I visited once before & the dude came to the window & without saying a word looked at me as if I popped up at his house UNANNOUNCED, to borrow money, & disturbed his sleep! LOL (That s#!+ ain't funny)... no greeting AT ALL. I just had to order... ol ugly as$ boys & girls!
