I ordered an ice cream cake for my sonâs birthday. It was the ice cream float cake and he was super excited about it! I even choose party decor that matched it. I placed the order 5 days in advance and had the pickup time set for 5 hours before birthday time. I got an email confirmation that payment was accepted and my order was in the works. Iâm very type A so on Party day -I tried calling the store when they opened just to be assured and nobody answered. The line says voicemail is not set up. (The line still says voicemail is full to this day). At this point I am a little concerned but thinking Iâm worrying over nothing. I show up on time to pick up my cake and they do not have it. I of course am extremely frustrated at this point. They make up some line about not having my order or a cake maker! I said you accepted my order 5 days ago with payment. I showed email proof. Again, I am frustrated. The manager (Rose) along with the rest of the store start yelling at myself and sister for being frustrated because they did not have my sonâs birthday cake. So let me get this straightâŚyou all are yelling at us because we are upset that you donât have my childâs birthday cake. The only man that was nice was Gabriel and we appreciate his words to us. I of course demanded a refund and a replacement cake. The replacement cakes in the freezer were sad and pathetic but 1 cake is better than no cake. She said she wasnât going to give it to us unless we apologized and acted nice. (I have video of the event that I am sending to corporate). We bit our tongue and apologized only to get a refund. When getting the refund, miraculously she could pull up my order number and details on her phone. Remember earlier she couldnât find it. She proceeds to give me a refund and charges my card again for a larger charge than the first!! I again was nice although at this point I am livid on the inside and thinking what in the world. She proceeded to give me another refund and now a week later it has just gone through my bank account. So here I am writing a review as I wanted to be sure my refund went through.    Read moreDO NOT PURCHASE A CAKE FROM HERE. I placed an order two weeks prior to the birthday party and when my husband showed up to pick it up they claimed to not have any knowledge of the order. They sent my husband away without even attempting to make it right because the âcake lady was not workingâ. So I leave my daughterâs birthday and come down there myself and demand they do something to make this right. The manager just stands there and wonât even apologize. He tries to tell me that âthey are not affiliated with the websiteâ. This is Baskin Robbinâs right? He does not offer a refund, a replacement cake, nothing. He stands there and looks at me like I am crazy soooo here we go. I look over at the pre made cakes in the freezer and I say I will just take one of these then. He proceeds to tell me âwe donât usually do that but okayâ. At this point Iâm obviously fuming and I just walk out with a cake half the price of what I paid for.    Read moreThis is the fourth time I've had an issue at this location. Between having to wait for over 30 minutes for a regular drink to having multiple poorly mad drinks. This one was especially bad though because all i said was that i wouldn't pull forward and park in front of the store because I've had them forget about me in the past. Yet i had 3 people come up to me to tell me to move even though I refused. The workers there tonight made another person leave the line as well. My entire family has had issues with this store and after this we're through with second chances. I know this isn't a big deal for a big chain like this but we can't be the only ones that have these issues. The employees deserve to be reprimanded for how rude they were to us. A simple "okay we'll get it out to you in a moment" is what any good employee should do but they had half the store telling me to move.
