I dropped off a broken necklace and the person who waited on me told me it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday and I told him that I worked out of town for 4 days so it would be Wednesday or Thursday before I could pick it up,I went on Thursday to pick it and the owner told me that it wasn’t ready and asked me if I was called to notify me that it was ready and that’s when he became really rude towards me and let me know that he had to step away from his repair work to have to wait on customers and that it took away from his repair work and that my necklace wouldn’t be ready until around noon that day because he had to finish repair work on jobs he promised customers he would do,He was extremely rude to me and made a big deal out me coming to pick up my necklace when I was not called so I’m never going back there again and I’m letting my husband go in to get my necklace so I never have to be treated that way again by him,I thought he was a great person and even told my husband how great I thought he was because of previous work they had done for us but after today I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS...

I had some Estate jewelry and coins to sel. I visited 3 different jewelry stores in the area before I came to J&H. J&H was the very best. He was straight up and told me what my items were worth and took a lot of time to explain the value of my items. We reached a deal and I was happy to sell what I had. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone! I was just there to get some ashes of my father in some jewelery and they also fixed a clamp on my grandfather's ashes.
