We have used Deals for a few years now. ALWAYS great service BUT let me explain our latest problem.

Our washer started leaking and we had Deals come out to diagnose the issue. Found the problem and had to order parts, no big deal. Two days later we took a power surge that hit the washer. Deals came out to check the machine and although it was working fine found some smoke damage inside the machine. We used the machine for a couple weeks to see if it would fail. All this time holding off on doing the repairs for the original problem, the leak. We finally decided to replace the machine since we could not say how long it would last. Deals worked with us, returning parts, scheduling the new machine delivery, YES we purchased from Deals.

After all this, all i can say is these folks are GREAT. They will always be our first call for any...

Once again our new Lowes bought Maytag products have failed. Once again I am impressed with the service Deal’s is providing. Waiting on a part now but ahead of schedule, detailed explanation of the failure, and personable. A relationship with Deal’s really is the only good thing to come from our Maytag purchase. -UPDATE- New part installed and the machine was never this quiet. Not even on day one. We had no idea this is what a new Maytag was supposed to sound like. Thank You Deal’s for taking our brand new garbage Maytag washer AND dryer, from Lowes, and transforming them into useable products. These are just my opinions and your Maytags may be better than sliced bread and I get that. My new Maytags are best used for lawn art or maybe sink them for a fake coral reef fish habitat. I can’t even smile at their silly...

Wow! That is all I can say about how great the service is here! I called them after a belt went out on our dryer making a loud noise. I hate to say but I really didn't expect a call back because 1. We purchased this set from a private owner used and 2. let's just face it.....how many repair services do you we all know that don't return calls? Let me tell you, they went out of their way to not only call me back (and I am hard to reach) but they were calling me until we could come up with a time for them to come and see what the problem was. THEY WERE TRYING TO SCHEDULE WITH ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Dryer was fixed in no time and they were absolutely great. Reasonable prices too. I can say for sure that our next major appliance purchase will be made with them and will refer to all friends. Great,...
