My husband and I have been searching for more pipe tobacco shops in the Dayton area and discovered this place today. Don't let the size of the building fool you. Though small inside, the selection of pipes, tobacco and cigars is of wonderful quality. Dianne (the owners mom and a very sweet lady) will warmly greet you and offer you a cup of coffee while looking around. There is also a very nice lounge where you can enjoy your new product and a great cup of coffee. We met a regular customer (Ken) who came in to enjoy a cigar and chatted with us☺ . Hoping the next time we come in we can meet the owner and perhaps see some more of the beautiful pipes he makes. We will certainly be repeat customers. This was probably the best customer service I've ever received. I had two pipes made and I wanted them both to be unique. He got to know more about my father and what sort of pipes he liked, what he did for a living. He wanted to really put my father's personality in the pipe. And he did just that.
