Placed an order over the phone and was told it would take 10 minutes. Got there 17 minutes after placing my order because I stay a distance from the restaurant. When I got there my order wasn't ready and it was as if she forgot I placed one. Granted; she was a very nice lady and apologetic. She asked for 7 more minutes and I had no issue with that.
The problem I have is that after driving that distance, waiting longer and paying over 17 dollars for jollof rice, a leg quarter and plantains the food didn't have a spec of seasoning or spice. The jollof rice is tomato sauce and rice. There wasn't a spice, seasoning onion or anything in it. Now, Ive had African food from all over and often. This is my first time displeased.

The flavors were amazing and rich and I could taste the love in every bite and this place makes me happy! I will be definitely be back and I can’t wait to try more items off the menu and I’ve been telling all of my friends about this place because I can guarantee you it’s worth it and you won’t be...
Read moreThis is a must try Victor and his wife are good friends of ours, and when he told us about them opening up a restaurant we were very excited to try out some of they're menu items. My wife was over to their house just prior to the grand opening and she tried out a few menu items and said that it was really really good, so when they opened up we went and the service was outstanding and the food was great. We've visited a couple of times sense and continue to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the service as well as really good food, so I've been telling everyone about them and encouraging them to go out and get some, you won't be disappointed I promise. Start with the fried rice and work your way...
