I had the most amazing experience with Griffin’s Furniture! My fiancé was in a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital out of town. I was able to do most everything over the phone and send pictures of a friends bed so they could get something comparable. I was given the top of the line mattress at a discounted rate. Same day delivery and much much more. The owner gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me updated as to every step of the process and the minimal wait for the adjustable base. I texted this afternoon to ask if I could make an appointment to get the height of the bed adjusted because my fiancé was having troyble getting in and out of it due to his injuries. He wrote back within 5 minutes that his delivery men would be here as soon as they finished their current job! I am very happy and impressed with the service from Griffin's. I tried to order a couch online and was having a tech issue, so I sent a message around 7PM, not expecting a response until the morning. The owner responded almost right away, confirmed the pieces were in stock, and made sure to provide the measurements so that I knew I had enough room in my home. The next morning, he confirmed that he had ordered the couch, and about a week later I received a call to schedule a delivery. The delivery people showed up right on time, hauled away the old couch from my third-floor apartment, and put together the new one. Everyone I dealt with throughout the experience was incredibly kind and helpful and made this such a smooth process....

I walked in knowing I needed o furnish a whole house, but not knowing that this store has amazing prices. I walked in and got to look around before asking if I needed help. I appreciate that because after looking around a store for a min we tend to have questions, not when you first step into a establishment.... Anyway hands down Lynn was the absolute best worker there.
