If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. My wife bought a sewing machine, when she got home with it, it has been previously used so she called the store to ask if we could exchange it. They say yes, so I take it back and explain what happened. The manager was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She had an attitude from the moment she came up to help with the exchange. She told me that I was wrong and laughed in my face when I said that I work in retail too and know that at the end of of the day, you’re just supposed to take care of the customer. She accused my wife and I of giving her false information. She argued with me like a child. I will never step foot in this store again. My wife witnessed most of the encounter on the phone when I had to call her and let the manager hear her say we didn’t have the “missing parts” at home. After at least 15 minutes of arguing, I was finally able to get the sewing machine exchanged, it was opened to prove it was brand new and then rudely slid across the counter with me. She also tried to tell me how I should and should not talk to my wife and was rude to the cashier as well. I’ve never had such bad experience anywhere in my life. This is the new store in Clemson. I had the best time considering it was my first visit. The items I needed was 70 to 80% off, except for the diet Dr. Pepper. I spent $158 that went down to $41 + tax. I must have looked lost when I first came in because Alena asked if I needed help. I told her what was on my list and she pointed me in the right direction. I also met Robyn who was super nice too. I apologize to my cashier but I don't remember her name and I can't find it on the receipt. I will definitely be back to shop at...
