Showed up on a slow Sunday evening around 6 PM for dine in.
Lost a star for cleanliness. I love Five Guys... they are always quick, and their fries are spot on. It's a sit down place though... so you HAVE to clean those tables.
They were maybe 20% capacity and app empty tables were dirty. Not like a poor job wiping off with a napkin dirty... like someone just finished eating with their toddlers dirty. I grabbed some napkins from the counter and some water from the dispenser and cleaned us up a spot. Not once while sitting did I see an attempt to clean, or even spot check, the eating space.

House of Leung and western sizzlin was two places I never got a bad meal, now the only place I can be certain it’ll be good is five guys. The burgers aren’t these huge monsters that fall in your lap, the little cheeseburger is perfect size and the small fries always fill the bottom of the bag, I can never eat more than half. The bun freshness I’m sure helps but the patty is plenty meaty for the small one, two burgers and one small fry $20 that’s for two. Read moreBurgers taste amazing but the fries need to be crispier. When you ask them to do it they either won’t do it and say they did or give you the “it’s not the 5 guys way” which is crap. If a paying customer tells you they want something a certain way, you do it without commentary or excuses.
Peanuts are still offered for free which is good because the price point for the meal you get is on the higher side.
