Alexander's Floral Designs — Local services in Cleveland

I hired Alexander's for my wedding. They were very nice and answered any questions I had. The rose colors were just what I wanted. The mom/grandma corsages were absolutely beautiful! My stephanotis had a little brown on them which was a little disappointing at $3 a piece, but they still looked pretty and Alexander's even took the time to put little pearls in each of them. I had asked for the stems of the bouquets to be short so they could be hidden easily while being held and they were quite the opposite. It didn't even look like the rose stems had been shortened at all they were sooo long and they were very awkward to hold and had to be held sideways because they were so long...not at all the look I wanted. We were going to cut them before the ceremony but didn't have time.l Another disappointment was they did not give me my "throw-away" bouquet... but whatever, it's a small thing. Above all they were very kind people, very accomodating, and everything else was perfect. My centerpieces were beautiful and the two complaints of the stems and the missing throw-away bouquet are nothing in comparison to everything else they did. I do recommed them for their prices...

Alexander’s Floral Designs did the flowers for our mini wedding ceremony in Columbus this summer! We had bouquets, boutonnières, center pieces for our venue and they also decorated my cake with beautiful flowers. The flowers were ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. They ran with my color suggestions and a few inspiration photos and it was everything I wanted and more! I loved how elegant the flowers were and Mary even added a little Buckeye into my bouquet as our ceremony was on OSU campus which was so fun! I will recommend Alexander’s to all my friends getting married and for any other corporate events I am in involved with in the Cleveland area. I cannot wait to see the flowers they put together for my postponed wedding reception in Downtown Cleveland next...

I paid ahead for a balloon bouquet and flower arrangement for my someone’s birthday. I was asked to pick up my order a 9am. I arrived early and waited 45 minutes for the someone to arrive. I called the store numerous times and even reached out via email. I left and planned to contact the store later for a refund. I received a call from the florist at 10:08a explaining that I have 15 minutes to pick up my order because they have another event to accommodate. She was very rude and insinuated that the late pick was my fault. I hope that this is a one off negative customer experience. However, I absolutely will not be patronizing nor recommending Alexander’s Floral...
