I ordered a fur jacket January 13th. I waited 9 days before reaching out in regards to shipping information. She then replied 2 days after & told me the item was delayed due to the Chinese holiday but I’ll receive it by the 29th (the day it was needed), she apologized & told me she would send a free item in the meantime. I then reached out the day before it was needed & she still mentioned me receiving it in time (which I knew was impossible). The website has no mention of it being out of stock or needing to be shipped directly from the wholesaler which could take longer to receive. The ETA of the item is now 2/1. I came here yesterday To get some fur boots that they advertise online from the instagram and I almost fought the cashier. I uber and uber can only wait so long so I knew I wanted the brown fur 6 1/2 and that’s it. the girl locked the door so fast at closing with the open sign still on it yelling they were closed while people were still shopping on the inside! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This young lady would not even acknowledge that my friend and I were at the door of her establishment. She has a ring doorbell and all, we pressed the button to no avail. We stood there for at least five minutes, while the worker continued to have her head down, and proceeded to scroll on her phone. This is the epitome of poor entrepreneurial behavior and subpar customer service. I will never be returning to this boutique, EVER again.
