Goodwill Outlet Cleveland — Local services in Cleveland

Corporate needs to do a full evaluation of this location. I’m writing this review as myself and 30 other customers are waiting for new bins.

We have been waiting 2 hours, they are supposed to bring new product out each 30 minutes as listed on their website. This is outrageous.

Aside from this. The minimum wage employees & greedy managers are instructed to set aside anything they deem valuable for the e commerce site, leaving the valued customers with stained ragout clothing, broken electronics and goodwill store leftovers.

I know how it operates in the back, this is an e commerce warehouse with a retail outlet attached. I also know how the operation of filling the actual bins up with product goes. It does NOT take any longer than 30 minutes to fill 14 bins (7 soft, 7 hard)

I have been coming here since opening day. It’s never been this bad quality wise and time wise. I watched an employee from the doors go through bins that were about to roll out and grab all of the hats (???????) to pull so they can research and put on their website.

I understand goodwill has a mission they require money for but it doesn’t make sense to pull items of value when customers here are willing to buy more stuff if they’re finding desirable items.

And on another note. I know for a fact they are hiding items in the bins for customers to find in certain areas of the bin. I’ve watched it happen quite often and I know the workers are all in on it. I’ve been coming here since opening day.

I hope these issues can be fixed but I have no issue going back to Canton outlet where these issues...

Genuinely one of the most poorly ran outlets in the US, as someone who travels for work and spends weeks in cities around the states, I’ve spent a couple weeks shopping daily at this GW. Absolute insanity that corporate would allow one of their locations to be operated so awfully. Customers here are some of the worst I’ve experienced too.

I’ve emailed and tried to contact the company and staff in charge of this location to no avail, they turn a blind eye. The lady manager here is the cause of all the issues with staffing. Everything the reviews say is true here.

By the way this location is in an awful area and I experienced a police standoff in this parking lot during...

This place is a joke. No fresh bins at opening for the valued and dedicated customers. I’ve been to many bins all across the United states and they are all consistent and have fresh bins at opening. It should be mandatory. If they can’t have them when they open at 8 they should open later. I don’t go to bed early and set my alarm to rush to get here in the mornings for no reason. It’s beyond frustrating. Do not come to these bins. This place will be closed in a few months with how they run things here. Bad product (mostly tagged bins) and SO inconsistent....
