Here we go. So basically this 2 is for the delivery. So the delivery people a man Kevin and woman nicki)came to my home (it was raining and the furniture was on the back of a pick up truck.) they tried to get the couch in for 5 mins maybe ten mins most they said it couldn’t fit through the door. So they told me come in the store the next day and they would come out and get the couches to me same day. I did so. So they man at the counter says they can’t bring it too me same day. Mind u I had to pay an extra $100 for the new furniture I had to get. So I asked the lady nicki how come she told me this. She started giving different scenarios first she said I didn’t come by 10am I told her she never gave me a time bc I would have been there. Then she said they had some trucks break down I said that has nothing to do with me and your word. Then she said I’m making a big deal about it and they being nice I’m lucky they not charging me a re-delivery fee. I said if u did that then you would be lying twice lol. So this guy Greg was so nice and offered to bring the furniture. ( mind u they said they couldn’t deliver that day how was he free) so he did bring it to my home but they didn’t give him the mirror and rug so I had to ride back there and get it. Also wen I called the lady in Bedford she told me they had multiple no fire that day which was a bit weird to meX l. I do like my stuff but the experience was a hassle. The doors are off E 152nd St right across from the athletic complex and traffic is impatient but they will guide traffic. They start at 10am so if you get in earlier be prepared to wait.

If you are in anything longer than a box truck you will have to drop the trailer and park next to it since you will be sticking into the lanes.

If you pull into Hartley lane back up with your trailer to the stop sign(watch your spacing with the power poles) and hook hard right into the parking lot and you will have to hook the trailer back around a pole to get yourself facing back towards the intersection. My experience were bad came in the store to purchase living room set. After about an hour sales person CAME and assisted me. I didn't know what set i wanted so this sales person showed me some chaise lounges l said to the sales person that let me go back and look at the living rooms.
