Please excuse this review for sounding ambiguous.This review is based on my own personal experience and the general reviews I have encountered. Weber's seems to be a hit-or-miss for people. Different visitors have a vastly different experience at this location. Some people believe it's a great place with good customer service while a few others have a different experience. It's great to have these kinds of products available to the community. It's a refreshing change to see people caring about their health and wanting to better themselves.However, attitude, personality, and customer service are very important elements. This store can't consistently provide people with the kind of customer service that makes it worth going here. My experiences here at different points were like night and day. One time i felt like it was a good source of my needs. Another I felt as if I walked into some hood store that just happened to have healthy food and hair items. Almost like a movie where the clerk follows you around and demands, you buy now and leave. Look, if you want business you have to remember that business is based on customers.You treat the customers well to stay in business, it is that simple. If you're worth it, they will bring their money to you if you're not then you grow and become better . Be aware that people have different attitudes and different personalities and everyone can't get along with everyone.When you're running the business the public's opinion is really important.So providing a good experience to the masses is key. Can you find some health products here? Yeah. Is it good to see this business and their attempts to make our lives better? Yeah. So, I say go in and see how you feel. Dont come in this store if you dont plan on buying anything.While they do have a very vast selection of health and holistic products, my experience with them was a very uncomfortable one. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by to check out the store because we'd always see it in passing, and I was curious to see the type of selection they had. We went in the store, and was greeted by a woman at the counter. She asked us if we needed anything, but we said we were just browsing. I was was impressed with the selection of tea, medicine, and hair products they had. Since I didn't have any money on me at the time, I decided to come back at a later date. About several minutes later, she asked us again, we replied the same. Then a few minutes later, she asked a third. At this point I was uncomfortable. Then we noticed her doing the famous ole 'pretend to be fixing up products on the shelves, but I'm actually keeping an eye on these suspicious black people'. Then thats when we decided to leave. It's honestly annoying and kinda humiliating to go thru anything like that. If you can get over the micro aggressions, then you can spend your money here, it's honestly a nice store. This is one of my new favorite stores! The first time I went here I was unaware that the store was cash only so I was a dollar short. I was completely ready to put one of my items back on the shelf but the lady behind the counter said it was ok and took a dollar out of her own purse and paid with that, which was so sweet of her! Recently I went back to get something for a persistent eczema patch on my hand, I went up to the counter with a couple of products that said they were good for eczema and asked the man behind which one he recommended. He said the things I picked out worked ok but he recommended something else which was a balm that didn't have eczema specifically listed on it so I didn't pick it up. This balm has been working so well I have honestly been forgetting to put it on because my hand is just not itchy anymore, and it has gone from being the whole back of my hand to just a small patch by my wrist. The people working here know their stuff, the prices are comparable to anywhere else, cheaper than Whole Foods for the bulk flours, and they have a great selection including some locally made products.
