The Old Mill Ballroom — Local services in Clint

Very nice ballroom, but management and service was terrible. The day before the event, terms and conditions began to change from what had been told when the contract was signed and everything was paid for such as a $50 charge each time the ballroom needed to be opened for decorating which is not on the contract. Decorations were thrown away even though management said it was going to be saved after and were told to be saved. Food vendor that was recommended by them (their family member) did not want to leave the left over food and actually took it back with them when we had already paid for it. Management did not want to open the ballroom when we asked for decorations even though it had been mentioned ahead of time. Very unprofessional service with management not keeping their word and changing everything last minute. Do not recommend unless...

Management is not there. Venue is really nice but definitely don’t recommend due to management. Instead of make things easier for us having stress already, they make things a lot harder on us. Also making statements that “ things are in the contract “ but upon reviewing the contract the statements they mentioned were NOT in the contact. Venue is nice. I have nothing to say about it.
