Went here for a quick visit to see what it was about and it was decent. The candy is expensive for what it is. Maybe I had my expectations set too high but I was looking for a "richer" taste. The store had two people who were tasked with helping everyone in the store. It was enough but I could see how that could be chaotic for them during peak hours. Ended up gettting some pecan caramel clusters and they were okay. The ecoconut clusters were much better in my opinion. A decent enough place to come and see when you have some spare time, but the candy is nothing that is absolutely groundbreaking or anything. It's good, but not something you absolutely must come for. By that I mean the boxed candy. The sweets they sell in store bakery though are quite nice. The fruit chews I would highly reccommend even though they are quite sugary.

Very disappointed in my last experience at Sanders. Found out they no longer make any of their cakes themselves, it's outsourced to a contract bakery and they have discontinued the Colonial Buttercream Double Layer Cake. We got a bumpy cake instead and it was terrible. Chocolate tasted cheap and very little buttercream under the bumps. My guests didn't even finish their cake and I'll be discarding the other half. Myself and another customer waited in line for 5+ minutes while the only 2 employees helped customers at the ice cream counter. Sorry Sanders you have lost our business. Good luck!

Visited the other day (about 1 month before Easter) and they have a nice variety of Easter candy. Cute chocolate truck, train locomotive, dog, & other things. Also have different sizes of Sanders solid chocolate bunnies.

Very frustrating - tried to order for pick up 15 baskets, the store nearby does not have the same items as the web site and there is nothing on line to see what is in each of the two packages at the store. Wanted to have the 15 baskets ordered and sent to the store to pick up, or pick them up at the store which is nearby instead of shipping to a residence and was told no. We were looking at a sizable order, will have to find another place to provide Michigan made products. Also not sure why the store is not capable of preparing an order for us for some of the packages on the web site. Love your products, struggling with your customer service. Called the distribution center on Hall road 3X and got a message - made the call during regulars hours.

Appreciate the response and if we choose to do something similar will look at this next time. Hopefully you will update this to your staff at the store since as we noted, the store stated this was...

My daughter and I went there to our disbelief they changed all of there candy choices! They basically have caramel, caramel and more caramels no more mint melt always, NO more honey combs, NO MORE coconut haystacks😳! These are what my family liked best I spent $50 on other stuff but not the same their chocolate covered cherries (which were not cheap) were horrible they tasted like eating a water down cherry with semi chocolate chips that you get from the grocery stores😞 at $22 a pound I feel that their quality and values went down the drain once they are no longer owned by the Morleys family( I’m sure they would be very disappointed to know that what they worked so hard for is gone) my kids thought it was like Charlie and the chocolate factory when they were young. Now it is so disappointing that my grandkids will never know the true chocolate factory...
