Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Macomb Township

I try to avoid this location, but often times I give in due to convenience. The employees are generally plesent, but I rarely see the same employee more than 2 weeks. I believe management has a serious problem with employee retention, and it shows. Almost every time I go they either make my drink wrong, like forgetting cream, or give me the wrong size entirly. "Double toasted" bagels seem more like they spent 7 seconds in a microwave and usually are entirly dry on one side, with all the butter or cream cheese falling out the other. Last time I went my coffee had grounds in it... I don't mean a couple, I mean I don't think they used a filter when they brewed it.

I'm giving a bonus star (2 in stead of 1) because the staff are always curtious, which at the time in the morning I'm there, I can't always say the same about myself. But if you pass more than 1 timmy's on your way to work, I might try the other one. It may be better during the day, but 4:30 it...

If I could give negative stars I would. I would not recommend you give this Tim Hortons location your business unless you want to be over charged. I will never understand how they can ring you up differently then you ordered just to be able to charge you more. Watch what you're ordering and what your cost should be. I order a regular ice capp and add caramel and mocha. Every Tim Hortons but this one will ring it exactly that way. This location will always ring it as a mocha ice capp add caramel which charges you almost .50 cents more. Then when I ask why they don't ring it as I order it I'm told it's cheaper that way which is a flat out lie and they refuse to change the way it's rung up. Absolutely a rip off.

Update- the owner has responded to my review and left a link..... Which takes you no where. Just goes to show they really don't care about...

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons you could ever door dash from. Always good when ordering there, but not when you get delivery. Last weekend, I had an ordered a Large Mocha Iced Coffee with 4 cream 2 sugar as well as a blueberry muffin. I was brought a medium iced capp... So I called explained what happened, came into the store and had a new one remade. Defeats the whole purpose of delivery right? So this morning, I am thinking well there is just no way to mess it up a second time right? WRONG!! After ordering the same exact thing, I was brought a large black iced coffee. I am not sure how hard it is to make something so simple, given I have worked my fair share of fast food customer service positions in my teenage years. If you are wondering whether or not to order something, take the 5 minutes and stop being lazy to just drive on up...
