I was approved for $385 a month online. I wanted to get a pitboss smoker from them. I ordered it, signed the lease online, made the first month payment, and then I sold my old smoker so that I'd have room for the new one from Aaron's when it arrived. The next day, I decided I would check if they had an arrival date on the app yet. So I load up the app to see "ORDER CANCELLED" on the screen. Now confused, and kind of angry that I sold my smoker and this one is cancelled, I called the store. The store manager, Don, was rude to me, and also used someone elses rental history against me. He informed me that HE cancelled the order due to someone elses rental history and cancelled the order without a phone call or an email to inform me he cancelled it.Told me about how bad of a customer I would have been. Called me lazy. So now, I have sold my personal smoker under the false impression Aaron's made by saying I was approved and by the fact that I signed an agreement and even paid the whole first month.
I decided I was going to file a complaint against this Aaron's store and against Don. I messaged the business page, got an incident number, and was told that the regional manager would reach out to me within 3 days. It has now been 13 days, and the regional manager never called me. So i messaged the business page again. I was told that the regional manager has issued a refund regarding this matter and there was nothing else that would come from it because of supposed "language" used during the call. I guess it's okay for their store manager to insult potential customers but can't handle the person sticking up for themselves? Grow up.
If you want to do rent to own, go to rent-a-center. Aaron's missed out on good business. Ive paid off 6 items in the last 1.5 years at RAC, and would have had this smoker paid off within 3 months. But nah, i guess that makes me a bad...

In September I went looking for a new chair. I was lucky enough to meet Samantha. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly where to point me. It only took about 25 minutes and I had the chair I came for. The item was delivered on time as promised. I returned in October and again this January both experiences were the same, Excellent customer service from Samantha, and on time deliveries. It is very helpful that the staff doesn’t pressure you and they know what their inventory on hand is. If you need something not in stock they will offer to check other stores to see if they can get it in.

I wish I could find were I put my salesman name at because he deserves his name listed to but everyone's great there. The best part was actually my delivery of my furniture. Terry & Travis delivered my furniture and they went above and beyond on being helpful and delivering my furniture. Very polite and professional and not once a complaint about the job. Because my delivery was not an easy delivery with my stairs and very narrow hallway. I would recommend them to anyone and if fact I am sending my daughter and her friend...
