So this is not your granny's hammers store is nice and new and has great products inside but every product is so way over priced for a hammers store I mean the whole entire concept of hammers was discount bargain basement prices! I guess with the brand new store and location The new hammers forgot how their concept of basement bargain prices was what was the best part of hammers and now I'm sad to say that that is now just a concept in the past. Bc at this hammers you gonna pay $50.00 bucks for a pair of women's jeans shorts and $35.00 bucks for a bathing suit top and yes ladies just the top it will be $35.00 more if you want the bottom to match. So say goodbye to the old hammers we all knew and once loved to shop at and grab the deals and watch the elderly ladies go at each other over the towels which was high quality at low basement bargain prices and hello to mall priced items at your local hammers ! Do not waste your time applying for Hammers. They hired me and I was already employed but they wanted me to go ahead and start so I took a chance and quit my job without giving them a notice. huge mistake! I worked there for 9 days and they decided to fire me for absolutely no reason at all. They said the first two days I worked, I was short on my register. Although nothing was addressed to me about it the next day after money was missing. Mind you, I was not the only person on that register. This was my first time in THIS Hammer's location, but I enjoyed my experience here. If you haven't ever been to a Hammer's or don't have the slightest idea that a store named Hammer's EVEN exists, then perhaps reading this MAY help you, I hope. When you first walk in, you can't help but notice the Numerous racks and tables of clothing, with a different section for EVERY member of the family! I consider a large portion of the clothing GREAT work clothes, BUT I have NO DOUBT that I could put together an outfit that looks rather nice! To me, the BEST part of it all are the REASONABLE prices I saw on the items I looked at! Although the main item I saw was clothing, Hammer's carries other items as well.
