Bojangles — Restaurant in Clinton

Horrible service. We were only ones in restaurant when we ordered and they quickly picked up with guests. As we waited for our biscuit and sausage cheese and Cajun chicken with egg sandwich about 7 minutes and we went to grab coffees and they were empty so we had the tea instead. Then the food was ready so we brought to the table and the order was completely wrong. So my husband went to the clerk and asked them to remake it since it was wrong. He said I am throwing this away since we opened already and please remake our order. We will be at the table. Then we waited about 10 Minutes and still no food So my husband went back to the clerk and asked about the food. She said oh I thought you said you were coming to register. I said no I said I wanted you to remake my food I never said I wanted my money back. She just looked around and wasn’t comprehending. Then the other girl at the counter said what did you order. I said I gave the receipt to the other girl to remake the order. The girl said oh I threw receipt away. I said why would you throw away my receipt and not remake my food. It just didn’t make sense. So then they went to the register to pull up the receipt copy. Finally after a few minutes they retrieved my order and made the food correct this time. The clerk who made the error was an obese younger girl. The clerk who assisted us to fixing it was a early thirties regular framed woman. I am hoping management can determine who this was so speak with her about the simple fact to take care of the customer. If in fact she did think we wanted our money back then why would she throw away the receipt that had the paid amount. Why would she not look for us to refund our money. My husband made it every clear we wanted them to remake the order since it was wrong. Horrible service by that young girl. Thankfully the food was delicious and the workers in the back were working very hard. It’s just a simple person who did not pay attention when handing us the meal that it was not the correct items. Then the same person who did not pay attention to what we asked for when we said to remake our meal. Just unfortunate since we spend over 35 Minutes at BoJangles when it should not have taken more then 15 minutes to...

I’ve never been to a slower, lazier fast food establishment. There were only three customers inside the store and two cars in the drive-through. It took my daughter and I 30 minutes to receive an order of chicken bites and one chicken sandwich. The problem was watching the employees move like zombies with no purpose. At one point, we even saw one of the employees reach his hand into the trash to grab a receipt and check it before throwing it back away and then continuing to touch food. The manager was apparently on break but halfway working. Two of the patrons inside were actually able to finish eating their meal before we even received ours. Once we received the food, it was absolutely subpar from what we typically get from a Bojangles. The chicken breast on my sandwich was mostly breading whereas I typically have a large chicken breast on these sandwiches. My daughter ordered the chicken bites and I mistook two of them for chicken livers as they were almost black. But when I opened them up, it was just because the meat was so dark/dry/and overcooked. I have eaten at Bojangles before and had very good experiences but this one was dreadful. stay away if you...

I'm done with this location, I sent an email probably about a month ago to corporate about the same problem. Of course nobody reached out to me I'm okay with that. I just wanted the issue fixed because I love Bojangles. I came back in today I stop in about once a week most of the people here recognize me. they only had a few pieces of dark meat I asked them how long would it take to cook it he went back to ask you could hear a lot of laughing and cutting up. Which I'm okay with means you enjoy your job but just do your job. They said it would take 30 minutes to cook the chicken I said okay I would like to have 4 all thighs in a large sweet tea they said we're out of large cups and we will make fresh tea while the chicken is cooking. If you read the email that I sent to corporate a month ago it was over the same thing not having chicken and not having tea you are a chicken place. And then you act like I'm the problem because I want you to cook chicken? What has happened to this location? I'm done I left there guess where I got chicken? At Food City a grocery store they should not have chicken and you should have chicken. Anyway will never be back...
