Uneducated people behind the counter.. worst vap shop I've been to.. gave the guy with glasses the coil I needed and he gave me the wrong one 3 times.. I finally got the rite one and it was a bad coil.. hissing and popping. Told him it was a bad coil. And that I wanted a new one and he said no exchanges cause it was used.. i didn't even leave the store yet .and then tryed to tell me that my battery pack was a clone and not a real eleaf.. and that was the problem.. I said I bought it from vapor city in rock falls. And he said they sold me a fake one... Screw that place. They need to train there employees better....

I have been to all the other vape shops in town (Clinton) and this is, without a doubt the finest establishment in the local area.

First time vaper, went in with a friend. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Didn't try pushing for any sale whatsoever. Gave me the information, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood how to use my new mod. Very personable, sat back and talked for a couple hours after purchase....
