I really really wanted to work with this organization as I have ordered multiple products from them in the past through a podcast I listen to regularly. After sending over multiple designs and specifics on how I wanted to proceed, the communication was terrible and they seemed like they had no idea what was going on. I thought I would give them a second chance and they again sent a vague email asking me if I was sure I wanted to work with them after sending four emails saying I did. If communication is no big deal to you, then you probably will have no problem using this company. We recently used Adcraft for a high school athletics team store. From start to finish, they were phenomenal to work with. Adcraft design staff helped create a good looking logo and the sales staff communicated well start to finish. The fundraising aspect was also top notch. Even when other vendors were having difficulty with supply chain, their turnaround times exceeded our expectations and products shipped directly to our athletes with zero issues.
