Second month in a row my meds have been delayed. Last month it took 2 days for it to be even filled, and then waited 30 minutes and still left without my meds after dealing with the woman refusing to update my insurance and being made to feel extremely uncomfortable from the pharmacist yelling at his coworkers, answering the phone aggressively, throwing prescriptions around in the back, and making it clear he was extremely inconvenienced with my presence. Thankfully I was able to get it the next day, but fast forward to this month, my meds that were sent Thursday and originally supposed to be done Friday were not, and now I am without my meds till Monday at the earliest. Go pick up to be told it's not even in stock for two days. This is a child's seizure medication. I am already stressed with the awful business hours and no weekend hours, but this is just awful. Now I just have to keep an eye on my son for two days while he goes through withdrawal while I call every pharmacy in a 100 mi radius for med availability. Read moreVery unprofessional customer service from both parties I spoke to today! The lady at the window this morning was rude and disrespectful. She seemed as though having to work was an inconvenience for her. The Pharmacist was just as bad. Wouldn’t let me speak and kept interrupting me when trying to answer the questions he asked. Not to mention and hours of operations which has made getting prescriptions difficult for many people that I’ve talked to. If I could leave zero stars I would. We will be switching pharmacies.
