The Vet may be great, but it’s sad when the people you have as the face of your business are rude on the phone. I called to find out if they offer puppy packages for vaccinations etc. The woman on the phone was extremely rude telling me no they don’t offer packages; like my question was preposterous. I asked if she could give me a rough estimate of the costs then because the puppy has not had any shots or exam or anything (we’re getting it from someone who hasn’t taken care of it). She acted irritated that I was even asking these questions then told me, “first of all we don’t have any appointments until later in June.” I said, “okay, thank you” and hung up. How hard is it to be kind on the phone? I guess she is just a miserable person that hates her life. Maybe she is just lazy. Unfortunately they are not open on the weekends and hours open are rather short for those folks who work.
