Do not go here. This place is awful a Wolf in sheep’s clothing. I came into this store to get a couch tv and game system, I already have one through another company and wanted to see if I could get a better price, not only where they way more expensive they lied and said I was getting this discount that didn’t exist, I seen a couch and love see by the door sat on it checked it out seemed good, every worked, key point everything worked, went back home thought for a day then figured we could get that for our other living room, had it delivered next day, it was a cash grab, the boy I talked to on the phone agreed with me everything was functioning and proper besides a small tear figured something easy repair, we get this horrendous thing delivered smells like wet dog, probably a last minute attempt to clean it and the wet pulled out the dog smell, but again not the condition it was in store, and 2/4 of the recliners where broken, I called and spoke with an Aaron guy who refused to help, then the manager, they lie and manipulate and prepend will do anything to get a sale. We lost a piece of furniture due to a living situation and they refused to drop the account even after a manager said that it would be taken care, they claimed its in the agreement to keep paying even if you don't have the product, i never seen anywhere in the agreement about that, they charged 900 dollars to my account without permission and due to them doing that my account is now locked and none of my bills can be paid, they don't care about you all they want is money even with the cost of living being high they don't care if your bills are paid or not as long as they get there money, they are the worse business I have ever dealt with and I won't send friends or family to them I will send friends and family to...

Aarons and I have a history. Never a disappointment. Only thing I have to complain about is they brought me a new TV and I was sick in bed so I didn't have them bring it up to my room and plug it in. 2 weeks later we plugged it in downstairs and the screen was spidered. I called and spoke to Justin that pretty much said oh well, you still have to pay for it. So I'm stuck paying for this TV and I can't even use it. Wouldn't take it back.
