went to get a car key cut (which i had done 3x in the past) they told me they only would cut the key if i purchase the blank from them (which was 148$ plus tax) even though i had the blank already and it was really only a 10$ purchase, when i informed them that they had cut the key in the past a short spanish girl began getting very hostile, "WHO WAS IT WHAT WAS THERE NAME WHAT DID THEY LOOK LIKE" she kept going on and on she must have been the owners daughter by that kind of attitude. Long story short if you need anything go elsewhere, if its a emergency and your pipes are burst go there and expect rude hostile treatment. The prices are a rip off and they claim its because of "licensing on the key machine" thanks a lot ace! a lock smith would not even charge that much coming...

Everytime I go into this store....I love it! Tori and Sam...these girls are amazing! They are always ready to help me with my projects...from matching paint from a piece of chip off my painted wall...and always suggesting a small can to try before I purchase a gallon, making duplicate keys, repairing my window screens, appliances, and loading my car with gardening supplies..Everything! Today I went in for a toilet tank fix...they both explained everything from start to finish. Assistance from row 7 to the register. They explained how to turn off water flow, replace chain and the flapper, how to remove parts for new replacements. Some may say....that is easy...but not for me. Thank you...

I went in the morning of yesterday 5/23/22 its been a couple of times its two ladies the same ones working in the morning that don't come to you at all to offer help and to some other people while i was there they were gladly helping them. Then i asked them a question and answered really rude. Its not the first time from these two ladies its always the same ones that work in the mornings. It seems like they have favorites...
