I needed a new phone, when I got there my old family plan no longer qualified us for yearly upgrades anymore. That wasn't the problem, I was in there a week ago and they told me I would have to buy a new phone a wait a week to change my phone back to its old number with my family's phone plan. It was very inconvenient but I decided to come back. Today I checked in so I could change my number and they didn't help me. They had called in the manager and she came in with a bag of Popeyes she just ordered. She told me she doesn't understand why they told me a week and apparently I have to wait a month to change my number now. So I just said ok and left all she said was bye in a monotone voice.
I've had no problems with this place before, and I understand its not their fault with the situation and all the phone plans changing. But I was giving the wrong information, was not helped at all, it seemed like no one cares about the situation and was just trying to get rid of me, and this whole situation is just very inconvenient and bothersome.
