This gym is 24/7 if you have a CAC. You have to sign up at the front desk and sign some paperwork, and then you're good to go.
The gym is small, but it has almost everything you will need - including an outdoor crossfit-esque area, an outdoor pool, 2 squat racks, and 2 dead lift platforms.
The gym is undergoing construction in parts, but just completed both locker rooms and bathrooms, the hall leading to both, the basketball court, and replaced the majority of their gym equipment.
There is a small room for parents (mostly moms as far as I have seen) who want to exercise while their kid plays in a partitioned off area that allows the mom to keep a watchful eye.
