Are used to go there on a regular basis for things from gun safes ,work clothes, dog food. I bought some pig ears from them that did not smell good when I open the bag but I figured how good do pig ears smell. They made my dogs sick and my young two year old German shorthair now has ulcerations in the stomach from excessive bacteria. I’ve spent over $1500 in vet bills. Mostly poor customer service, one gal there is nice, the rest have seemed irritated by my few questions. Also, I payed the other day with a gift card, tossed it on the way out, came back today and wanted to exchange what I bought for other parts. when I heard I had more money coming back to the gift card, I said hold on I’ll go grab one more thing, the kid at the counter processed the return to the gift card which I no longer have and said sorry, the returns done, so he basically just threw out 15 bucks and said there was nothing...

I’ve been in a lot of farm supply stores over the years (grew up on a farm and even worked at a couple myself), and the Cody TSC has hands-down the best staff I’ve ever come across.
