U Vape — Local services in Colchester

Went in there to grab some coils for my baby beast tank and i highly believe i got clone coils, they did give me my money back in a store credit but it was a hastle to even get that. Also figured id check out a few of their other tanks and nothing is priced... asked the younger gentleman if i could look at a few things and the prices of those items, he seemed very bothered at my questions and when he realized i wasnt going to buy a tank he walked away without another word. Theres many OTHER great vape shops around with employees that will help you with a smile on their face and will still talk to you about things and answer any questions you may have, even if you dont buy anything. No point in going here, much better shops in the area with nice employees and a much wider selection of devices...

This place is rad! Was not what I was expecting in Colchester. Went in looking for nic salt and pods for a NovoX. They had a great selection and the best part - they had a binder with all the nic salt products to flip through on the counter. Usually when I go into a vape shop I have to squint at the tiny font on all the little boxes behind the counter and it makes it impossible to just browse what they have. Not here - the product binder was genius. Felt like I was at a vinyard looking through a fine wine list. Other perks - staff person was super friendly and helpful. There was a cool dog hanging out greeting people. And, they had a pool table, foosball and lots of comfy seating. A+. Nicest vape shop i have ever been into. This is easily the nicest one in town too. Staff is very welcoming, super helpful, supportive, and very friendly. This is the only place i have been that doesnt get annoyed with my many questions as i am new to the vaping world and dont know much.
