Love the theater but had a bad experience last night. Went to a 6:00 showing two adults and three grandchildren. Bought concessions including two large popcorn total cost was $70 . We were told that we could get free popcorn refills, at 7:10 went to refill one of the popcorn and was told they already shut down the machine. After agreeing to a refund for one of the popcorn was told the manager declined that offer. The employee E did give me two other concessions. Employee E was very professional but the manager would not come out of the office to talk to me. Beware of buying the large refillable items as they close the concessions early. The movie ended at 8:05 , They should announce the closing of the concession stand to allow those that pay the higher price to get the offered refill. Three grandchildren were very disappointed.

I am adding more stars to my previous review, after my review I was contacted by a different manager and was told they had new employees working and he has instructed them on how the refill process works on the last showing of the night. My son, grandson and myself went to see Minecraft yesterday at 4pm. There were about 8 young teenagers that were warned numerous times to settle down and to control their behavior. After the 3rd warning they were asked to leave the theater by 2 of the managers. Being a manager, myself, I'm very impressed with the way this was handled! They received their warnings and the bad behavior continued, so therefore the Quarry Cinema Managers did right by removing them.

The managers were right and the teenagers were wrong! It's sad to see this happening in our small town.
