United Dairy Farmers — Local services in Colerain Township

Just now at 8:10pm me and two of my friends go inside to get ice cream. We were getting ready to order on the “order here” tablets which are still on and two workers still serving people ice cream. When we got up to the tablets the lady worker yells at us saying “Its defrost night so the counters closed”. She had a dirty look on her face and terrible attitude. I get it if its a defrost night and we weren’t able to get ice cream, but the way she interacted with us was unpleasant and could have been easily said by saying “Oh I apologize for the inconvenience and that we won’t be able to serve ice cream due to it being a defrost night”. The fact that she didn’t apologize or acknowledge that we are paying customers is absurd. Yellinh at customers immediately walking in when we didn’t do anything wrong is disgusting....

The employees who work here need to learn what customer service is, although these days it doesn't surprise me. NONE of them act like they give a damn about anyone who walks through the doors there. Everyone is too busy on their phones. Rarely any "hello", "thank you", "you're welcome", "have a nice day"... nothing. One day I got fuel and the pumped stopped at 25 gallons after I pre-paid and didn't get the total amount I paid for. So I went inside and asked if the pumps cut off at 25 gallons. Nobody knew the answer, and the one person who actually responded to me said no it doesn't cut off at 25 gallons, and that my tank must be full. I knew for a fact it was not full, but he insisted that I was wrong then walked away lol. Clean this place up please, because it is a nice place in...

The staff was friendly, but the bathroom was disgusting. Piss on the floor so long that it was orange. If it’s been mopped, it was with dirty water. The sink was covered in dirt stains, as was the wall behind the hand dryer. The soap was completely empty. I can give the sink and the wall a pass and assume maybe construction workers with dirty hands were in before me. But piss on the floor so long that it’s orange is disgusting. Especially when I come out and see an employee just leaning against the wall, feet stretched out doing nothing. It takes a lot for me to complain or give a bad review, but I’m happy to this time. I know this building is brand new, it would be nice if it was kept classy. If the bathrooms are that gross, I can’t trust the food safety...
