As of today, July 22, 2023 I wasn’t allowed inside the store with my service dog. I’ve lived in the area for a year & a half, and been inside the store plenty times with my dog. I showed my credentials and still denied entry. I have a photo of having to tie up my 11,500 dollar service dog outside of this business. I will be pursuing legal actions to teach those who don’t know the law.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Greeted immediately and asked if I needed help or looking for something in particular. This is important to me as I was seen and appreciated for coming into this establishment. They had what I wanted, which was not available at the store by my place. Thanks a million.

Went yesterday 06/14/18 and had a rude encounter with 2 of their reps. I go here often and they usually have friendly customer service but when u put 2 ghetto girls in things change 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😂😂😂 I’ll try again since this is the first time out of many that I walked out of the store w/out purchasing. Hopefully the manager reads this & inform those 2 young ladies “It ain’t what you say it’s how you say things”...

I had to give them a 1 in order write a comment, The lady was very rude didn’t greet upon arrival and was talking to someone else when I was at the counter trying to tell her what I needed. Then she had the audacity to ask if someone knew a Hispanic person who can work. Which is fine, but she said she was tired of dealing with “our kind”. Isiah never disappoints me. I ordered from DoorDash for an event today. An item was left out of my delivery. Isiah went out of his way, drove to my home, delivered the package and made sure I received it. Communication was AWESOME!

I always order from him and if he’s out of what I’m looking for, he make sure he order the items or make sure i get something similar….10/10
