Piggly Wiggly — Local services in Collinwood

Store is fine. It's the storage I had a problem with. Rates were fine and space as well. I put all my worldly contents inside for personal reasons and had thousands of dollars worth of furniture, clothing, family heirlooms, etc ruined because of the mold that built up inside of the unit. I let management know and i did not ask for any reimbursement. They refused to do anything (not that i asked for help) and still continued charging me after I threw out everything. The attitude is what got me more than anything and the assumption that i was the nasty one with the moldy stuff. 95% of what I put in there was brand new. Would not recommend and if its your only option because you know.... Not alot going on there. Might as well just through everything away and save yourself...

All around the best grocery store I've ever seen. It is very clean, product availability is superb, the quality of their merchandise is unmatchable, they have local produce available, they purchase products from some small businesses that you really can't find elsewhere, the prices are very competitive, especially with the weekly sales that they do. You can sign up to receive their sale paper via text message, which is very convenient. And last but not least, the employees are so helpful and so friendly, they make everyone feel welcome....

Sad little corn pone grocery in rural America. A few dollars worth of sprucing up would go a long way. The corporation should invest in a face lift for all these outdated joints. The energy wasting coolers without doors should all be replaced, for starters. Signs that look like hand-painted antiques are a bummer. Crack-smoking, brain-damaged teen check-out crew? Really? They can't even make the...
