DG Market — Local services in Colquitt

I'll start with the positive=5⭐. They're always well stocked with fresh, up to date, easy to find, a great variety of products, and a more than adequate amount of each of those products. My critique=-2⭐. The unfortunate downside to a store with the above named attributes is, if your too understaffed to properly offload incoming stock, put it up properly, in the right place, rotate closer dates to the front, obviously newer/incoming dates to the back in a timely manner. At the same time keeping, what should at ALL times from entrance to exit be the #1 concern, the CUSTOMER and/or SHOPPER happy, helped, and moving along. I'm sure under staffing the store, under paying the employee, and subjecting the customer to what often resembles an indoor flea market not 1 of the top 10 corporations worldwide. So when you visit a DG store next time remember that what aggravates you the most during your visit is more than likely above that employee's pay grade. Instead of taking your frustrations out on them, use that time for a pat on the back for what they're doing right, then at home get on your computer and shoot your frustrations straight up to corporate. I haven’t been in this store for a while now. I will say it has changed for better. The shelves are stocked. The staff is a lot friendlier then they were 7 months ago. I was told today there is a new store manager. I can tell by walking around what a great job he or she is doing. They have there hands full. Won’t happen over night at least you can see a huge change. They need to get the floors cleaned from a professional cleaning company it can make a huge difference!!!! The one thing that I love about this place is one of the employees (Fredia Davis). She's so helpful and kind, and never annoyed, always working to stock or get customers rung up. She's exceptional, which is why I asked for her name.
