If I was able to give NEGATIVE stars, I would. We rented a midsize vehicle and after waiting 1.5 hours for our rental, were put into a Jeep Rubicon. Bc of our long wait, Reece told us to return the car on empty and he wouldnāt charge us for gas. I shouldāve known better, bc the second we returned the Jeep, gas was charged to my card and I had to call MULTIPLE people to get that charge taken care of ā this being after both Reece and Andrew said theyād āget that taken care of for me.ā Neither of whom did everything.
But alas ā thatās not the worst of it. Said Jeep had MAJOR cupping on their front wheels, causing the wheel of the Jeep and the entire front end to shake violently going over 50. We took major highways during our week long trip and after calling enterprise 9 times (yes, 9) and then being redirected to call roadside services after going INTO enterprise and speaking to roadside 6 times (yes, 6) and being told our dangerous issues would be resolved with a new vehicle and be expedited to the top ā¦ā¦.. we received NO call and NO new vehicle.
When I returned the vehicle, I explained how not only did we waste an entire day trying to resolve said issues, we never got a call back or a new car. Andrew said he ānever heard about the issues and would be sure to try and get a refund for me.ā A week goes by, I hear nothing (they have my personal number and email) so I call enterprise. The lady said she would attempt to get the gas issue fixed and work on the rest, to give them another week and if I havenāt heard back, to call again. Lo and behold, no one called, nothing was taken care of, so why not call for the billionth time and do their job for them?
Now Iām having Expedia take care of it for me, bc enterpriseās management team is apparently full of smoke and mirrors and doesnāt do what they say theyāll do. I wouldnāt rent from enterprise again if it was the last place to have cars left. Iām also telling ALL of my family and friends to avoid them like the plague.
Do your jobs.
Stand on your word.
Keep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEnterprise at Highway 2 West Kallispell Montana was such a touching and an awesome experience. I did all the preparations from California, from airfare, car rental, and hotel. I was planning to drive back to California with my son and stop at different places in between. Little that I know I needed a major credit card which I don't have but a Visa ATM. We were picked up at the airport to Enterprise and Cody was helping me. Well, I couldn't rent the car to drive back to California so I asked Cody that we'll rent locally for the duration of our trip. I couldn't do that either because I needed to have proof of my flight back to California and he'll be able to help me. I knew I had no choice but to try to find a cheap flight back home. Mind you, it was already past closing time. Cody was so understanding and very graceful that he spent over an hour after closing time trying to help my son and I. Needless to say, we couldn't book the flight for some reason. Then I finally made the call that I cannot keep this kind man from his family any longer. So I was trying to get uber but again, Cody stepped up to the plate which he didn't have to and offered to take us to our hotel. Not too many people will do that. Came back the next morning after attending my brother's funeral service, Cody already had my car parked in front, and was greeted with a smile. I told Cody how grateful I am. Cody went beyond his duties at work but also a very kind, understanding, and very professional, and a great human being. Thank you Cody for everything and God bless you and your beautiful wife and your journey...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could say this has been a pleasant experience, however from start to present I've been severely disappointed. I was in an accident so my vehicle needed to go in for a repair, my insurance covers the maximum rental possible and sent over my claim information, I received an automated message from enterprise stating they would reach out to me weeks pass and no contact was made. 3 days before I need the vehicle I reach out and they claim I have no reservation via insurance, I called my insurance to get my reservation number that was sent over weeks prior and call them back, they look it up and oh yeah they have it but don't have a vehicle for me. I move my body work around to accommodate enterprise, I was supposed to receive an xl suv due to having 4 children that need car seats and since I pay as much for the insurance I should be accommodated, however I was given a jeep wagoneer which is small, told it was the largest they offer, and largest on the market. I needed at least bucket seats so I requested a vehicle change and ended up with an old mini van, mini being the key word now if that isn't enough I received both vehicles muddy, one covered in dog hair and both with crumbs all over, the first one was late by almost 30 minutes and I had to call to remind them of my drop off, which I had confirmed the day prior to be by 930 am. The manager has contacted me to which he was dismissive, and lied, I am forced to use them per insurance but beyond that I strongly believe they are absolutely in need of an overhaul and rebranding. Never have I had so many issues...
