0 STAR RATING!!!!! I purchased a queen sized bed frame, box spring, mattress & dresser March 2nd 2019 that cost about $900-1,000 I can’t remember exactly how much I paid in full. During the time of the purchase obviously the customer service was great & everything moved very faced paced to get delivered to me. 4 weeks later my box spring began squeaking. I contacted who I was told the store manager & he guaranteed my issue would be resolved I spent literally 2 months calling & going to this store to get my issue resolved! Not once did anyone reach out to me I was always the one reaching out trying to gain a clear understanding on exactly what was going on. Eventually my old box spring was swapped out with a cheaper metal frame while the manager swapped out the box spring he notices HIS movers did not correctly put my bed frame together. I was not satisfied because this new metal frame due to the fact it sits lower than the original frame but the supervisor again promises that the correct box spring will be ordered & delivered to the store in about a week & he would be in contact with me. Again there was no communication on his end I had to call every week for 6 weeks & I would always get the run around to the point I no longer wanted services at this point I wanted everything to be returned & I now want a full refund because this is now beyond ridiculous! I should get my money’s worth, if things were done correctly the 1st time I wouldn’t have had to contact the store multiple times but on top of that I’m not calling weekly & pretty much being ignored not to mention when I did call the sales representative found the audacity to raise his voice at me. I’ve contacted Better Business Burl because that was completely unacceptable & obviously unprofessional behavior is acceptable at this place. I would never recommend nor purchase from this...

First off for financing, they offer two options, one where you provide your banking information and they check the history which can have interest rates of 168%, or the option to finance through a credit line that offers much lower interest rates. The customer service representative of course just asked for the banking information and had I not asked for the other I would have been charged much more interest, they seemed less than thrilled to try to help me pick the smartest financial option and seemed annoyed with the amount of questions I asked. The couch was supposed to be delivered the next week and upon calling to check they informed me that half of the sectional didn’t come in so had to wait another week. I informed them whenever I bought it that it would not be delivered to my billing address, and they never wrote it down and the delivery truck showed up at the wrong location and was rude to my roommates saying “have her text me the address so I can go on with my day.” Once they arrived to the correct address, they bring in a recliner that I didn’t order. I found the receipt and saw a recliner was on the order and I had never wanted that, so now I have a recliner, and it’s smarter to keep it because if you return it they will charge a 15% fee of the item. The delivery gentleman were clearly frustrated about going to the wrong address and asked who’s fault that was, and informed him it would be his boss. They threw their tools around on the floor trying to assumble the sectional and they were not knowledgeable with the product as my boyfriend had to help them put it together, while I still have to pay a 69.00 delivery fee. Read moreI'm not very happy with my experience in Columbia. I purchased a love seat and rocker recliner, via telephone, mid-May 2020, and was told that everything would be in by June 1st; that was fine. I called on June 3rd for an update. I was told they would call me back that day; I did not get a call.
I called back on June 4th and was told that the recliner was in, but, the love seat arrival got pushed back to July 17th. Although, I was annoyed, I accepted it and asked if I could at least have the recliner delivered as soon as possible. I was told that the recliner could be delivered on June 6th (today), and that someone from the delivery department would call me on June 5th to nail down a time for the delivery.
Come 5:40p (the store closes at 6p) on the 5th, I had yet to receive a call, so I called the store. I was transferred to the delivery department, no one answered. I immediately called the store back. I was told they could deliver it that night, however, I was not available, as I was expecting the delivery on the 6th. So, we set up a 6ish p.m time for the delivery on the 6th.
On June 6th, I receive a call from the store at 5:16p. The guy told me he had unfortunate news in that he would not be able to deliver the recliner as his girlfriend's truck was out of commission, due to her running over a curb. Furthermore, his truck was also in the shop. I told him that my patience had worn thin, and that I wanted a refund. I will be going to the store tomorrow, June 7th, 2020, to get a refund.
This experience has been very disappointing. I'm not sure why there isn't a company truck to deliver items. Now I'll have to furniture shop elsewhere. In the time that was wasted, I could've already picked...
