UPDATE- see below....Significant water leak (THIS TIME), 2nd time contacting in 3 weeks, NO TECH, NO CALLS.....Mr. Tim Hecksel or something NEVER EVER EVER EVER.....EVER!!! Calls our company back to follow up on any repairs or service needed when I put in a service request not to mention it takes nearly one month to get service when it’s needed, now we’ve got a water leak that no one cares about, no one answers the phone and I guarantee you no one will call back!! I’ve been told this machine doesn’t get enough business for them to urgently service us....
UPDATE..... I got an immediate call and service from Mike and we are a happy customer...
Read moreTerrible, terrible service. Here it is over 100* outside and the cold drink machines in the plant where I work haven’t been serviced in over 3 weeks. The sandwich and snack machines are ALWAYS EMPTY. The workers come and take the money from the machines never to be seen again. Even had one worker tell us that what they take from the machines in the plant next to us is what they put in our machines. Worst vending service ever. I got a bacon cheeseburger out of the machine a while back that made me sick as hell. Was made with RAW BACON. Poor poor...
Read moreThey suck... we got them at our job the prices are high and when the machine takes your dollar they try to tell you something about how their machines don't take dollars but they've taken three of mine and only reimburse me for two ...I don't think they're smart enough to realize that they record their own machines so its on camera your machine robbing me... it's cool though.... take them out of every job they robbing people
