Kountry Kloudz Smoke Shop — Local services in Columbia

Today Saturday May 4th roughly between 4:45 and 5:00 p.m. I went to Kountry Kloudz, in order to get some rubber washers for my tank. However the employees that I spoke to today although they were nice and professional we're not helpful at all and they suggested that I go online to get the rubber washers. Fast forward a grand total of 3 minutes later and I'm across the street speaking with a very nice lady who proceeded to hand me roughly about 50 brand new unused rubber washers and she told me to take my pick. I eventually found what I was looking for I attempted to leave a tip she refused I attempted to pay she refused so from this point forward I will recommend everyone to go to that vape store and not Kountry Kloudz. At least not on Saturday between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.. PS I also left the two gentlemen a tip for no reason at all because they are absolutely no help. I walked in, wanted a new vape and no one could really help me with my questions. I walked out with a new vape, got it home, took it out of the box and IMMEDIATELY it didn't work. So I immediately took it back and was told by the same people they couldn't help me, they couldn't even refund me, replace it, help me fix it, nothing. So not only did I waste a large amount of money on a vape that didn't even work straight out of the box, whenever I walk in to this shop, I'm paying much higher prices on all my normal smoke essentials. The pre rolled cones I get are actually 3 dollars higher for the same size and same amount of cones than if I went to Smoke Token in Nashville. So yeah, I have literally had to make the choice to never visit my local smoke shop, and to drive 50 miles away to Smoke Token because this shop's employees failed their company. Called and spoke to Christy (I believe that’s what she said and I hope I spelled it correctly) and she was very pleasant which isn’t common these days. I asked about a product then came straight over after finding out it was there. Once I got there and I asked if she was who I spoke to and she told me yes I am and we both laughed. She helped me with two different brands and could’ve just let me choose as I had no idea which was what. Fortunately they were both the same grade, same amount just from different companies and one was 15 dollars cheaper. She saved me some money and because of that I bought some juice and I was so happy that y’all carry the brand I use and didn’t know anyone in town sold that kind til today.
