If I could leave Pat a 10 star review, I would. 5 stars doesn’t do her justice. If you want perfect brows and eyeliner, look no more!

Pat is the absolute best at what she does! I was VERY nervous about getting my eyebrows done. In fact, the first appointment I had with Pat, she could tell I was nervous. She didn’t rush me to make a decision. In fact, she was so patient with me, she booked me another appointment 2 weeks later so I would be ready. And by the next appointment, I was ready to go!

I spent hours (I’m not exaggerating) looking through Pat’s Instagram page at her previous work. Before committing to Pat, I had probably looked at EVERY microblading place in Maryland (again--not exaggerating). If you read all of the google reviews (which I did), they are 100% accurate. From the moment I arrived, I was beyond impressed with how clean, organized, and sanitized her space was. There is a massage chair (with a heated seat). You even get to watch Netflix while you are going through the procedure! I ended up talking to Pat the entire time!

Pat walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I wanted the "realist brow." We talked about the color (I have dark brown hair, so I ended up going pretty dark) and she explained how she would create the shape. She probably spent about 45 minutes creating the shape and talking me through it. She applied the numbing cream (which works wonders) and then she went to work!

She is VERY meticulous and thorough, which I appreciated. She is a perfectionist (as I am too) and I felt like I was in the hands of a professional AND artist! After she was done, she walked me through how to care for my brows until the next touch up appointment. A few days after my appointment, Pat texted me to check in. I was so impressed with how my brows turned out, I ended up making an appointment to get my eyeliner done (which I just had done on 09/17/2020 and it looks AMAZING).

Pat explained the healing process. She gives you a little care package with items to clean your brows. She gives you a little card that also explains the healing process as well. I also got a cute ice pack with her logo after my eyeliner appointment.

I am a forever client! I refer ALL of my friends to her. I LOVE waking up and having perfect brows (and perfect eyeliner as well). It saves me so much time in the morning. Pat has given me so much more confidence and there are not enough words for that. THANK YOU,...

Best experience ever. I have wanted to get my eyebrows micobladed/powder brows for ages and was always apprehensive. I mean you are putting semi-permanent makeup on your face with a needle gun. It was a huge decision and one I did not go into lightly. I reviewed tons of artists and read every review I could find on all of them, as well as, their portfolio of work on social media and websites. This lead me to contacting Boss Brow now the rdy lab.

I spoke with Pat about a few concerns I had and she answered in a timely and thorough manner. I finally committed to my first appointment and my follow up appointment. Leading up to the appointment several concerns from me arose surrounding COVID-19 and again Pat responded in a timely and thorough manner. Completely putting my mind at ease.

When I arrived at my appointment she came out to great me promptly at my appointment time. She was thorough in screening for any symptoms of COVID-19 and sanitized my phone. I could tell immediately she cared about the health and my time.

When we arrived in her studio it was immaculate. She was very organized and communicated everything she was doing, from mapping/designing the brows, to picking the right color, to numbing, and throughout the procedure. She answered any and all questions and ensured I was comfortable with ever step prior to execution. She made me feel very comfortable. She also had Netflix, a charger for every device you could thing of, and a heated chair. It was very inviting.

Looking in the mirror the first time was such an amazing moment. Seeing perfect eyebrows on your face after YEARS of applying, removing, and then reapplying eyebrow makeup was truly a freeing moment. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin sans makeup. I have posted about my brows on social media a few times and a testament is that several of my friends have booked with pat since. I want to first say that I’m not one to give reviews but this was such a great experience I feel the need to share. I just had my eyebrow’s micro bladed/tattooed for the second time. My first experience was in a plastic surgeons office. The entire procedure took about an hour. Number one, I’m not even sure she did any measurements, she definitely did not have me look at photographs, very little discussion. The second point I want to make is she let the numbing cream sit for about 15 minutes before she got started. The pain was excruciating!! I cried, I had to sit up a few times, etc. It was unbearable. She never offered more numbing just kept saying we were almost finished. My final point, one eyebrow was obviously higher when I left. It was not a good experience, I never went back. I took me almost 6 years to have them redone. This is where the story gets good. I found Patricia @The Rdy lab through a friend. Total different experience!! She was willing and happy to spend as much time as I needed to get the results I desired. She was so thorough.with measurements and patient with all my questions. We spent time looking at pictures and just letting me get comfortable. She let the numbing cream sit for an entire hour to ensure I would not have the same experience. She worked in 10 minute intervals and reapplied the numbing cream. It was unbelievable, I could not believe the difference. No pain at all. I barely felt anything and when I tell you my brows are perfect, believe me. True artistry! My 2nd time around could not have been more perfect.
