ECDI — Local services in Columbus

I contacted Lisa Banks this morning for our scheduled "virtual business coaching" session. This appointment has been on her books for more than a week. She answered the call with stress in her voice and after I introduced myself, her response was "how can I help you" in a very disinterested tone of voice. I completed two programs for my business with ECDI and for that I’m truly grateful. However, I find it odd that you’re telling business owners that come to you for your widely advertised business loans, that if they don’t put their house up for collateral it means they don’t have skin in the game?? I’m really confused about this as the loan is barely $15,000 but you want me to use my home (which is worth $400,000 in todays market) to secure the business loan. this company is a scam no professionalism, they lie and make up information that don't make sense, I would have been okay if ECDI would have just told me I didn't qualify, but no they run my 750 credit, get 3 yrs of tax return and then I don't hear any thing for months and when I do they just try to justify adding inquiry on my credit report and covering their a#@ then don't tell me nothing until I reach out, problem still have not been justified. don't know how this process works but seems...
