Loeb Electric — Local services in Columbus

We have a commercial account with loeb and I made a purchase with them and was not sure if it was the right type of wire or not.when I got back to the shop I found out it would not work , so I called to see if I could return it and with an attitude the rep said I guess so.with that being said I make a trip to return it and the same rep. That sold it to me got an attitude and said I told you that you have to eat it because I asked for the wrong wire...his exact words. So with that being said Loeb Electric has just lost a commercial account over a $30.00 sale and a horrible customer service.

Update on my review. The marketing department reached out to me and let me know that the issue had been addressed and taken care of and offered there deepest apologies, Also when I returned to Loeb I spoke with the same service rep. and he did remember me and did apologize and told me that he prides himself in good customer service and that he was very sorry about how the situation was handled. This place sucks. I come here twice a week to deliver and they jerk me around every time. They prioritize their own trucks first and cut you in line every time. If your an otr driver stay away from this place as they don’t care about your schedule or what you have to do the rest of the day. They only care about their non cdl drivers.
